For years, people have been asking me to do a mental health podcast but at this stage in my life, I really wanted to incorporate a business aspect as well, since I am an entrepreneur.
All of the episodes will be about 30 minutes, the time it takes for a commute or to walk the dog. Some will have local guests from the Metro Detroit area and some will just be me, dropping that wisdom and fresh perspective.
